These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites and services operated by RiDiscovery Pvt. Ltd. (“RiDiscovery”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including ridiscovery.com and our products such as Digital QR (digitalqr.co).

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our websites or products.

RiDiscovery builds and operates SaaS products. Digital QR is a RiDiscovery product that enables users to create, organize, customize, and analyze QR codes and related campaign data. Features may change over time as we improve our products.

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and use the services for lawful business or professional purposes.

You agree not to use RiDiscovery services to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights
• Create QR codes or content that promote phishing, malware, fraud, harassment, or illegal activity
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or other users’ data
• Interfere with or disrupt service integrity or performance
• Misrepresent affiliation with RiDiscovery or Digital QR

You are solely responsible for URLs, files, media, and other content linked or distributed through QR codes or campaigns you create.

RiDiscovery retains all rights to our branding, software, design, documentation, and product interfaces. You retain rights to your own content. By submitting content to our services, you grant us a limited license to host and process it as needed to provide the product.

QR codes and website links may direct users to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, availability, or security. Use of third-party destinations is at your own risk.

Paid plans (if applicable) are billed according to the plan you select. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a written offer. We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods.

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RiDiscovery disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RiDiscovery shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services, QR code misuse, third-party content, or service interruptions.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the services. You may stop using the services at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Surat, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections.
